Independent Drone-Program Consulting
Independent consulting from commercial drone pilots who actually fly missions in your industry. We build programs on the ground with your team, focused on capturing the data that actually pays off.
FIELD-TESTED IN HEAVY INDUSTRIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY
From recent missions

The Problem
Slick vendor demos. Six-figure quotes. Thousands of dollars of drones gathering dust because nobody on the ground can actually use them.
Flights happen, but engineers don't get usable readings. The drone isn't the value. The data is. And capturing it right takes more than a pilot certificate.
Permit offices, site safety, and aviation departments stall the work because nobody's integrated the drone program with how your site actually runs.
You don't need another drone vendor. You need someone who's been in the field and knows where programs break.
The Offer
No pitch. No obligation.
Just a working session with pilots who fly real missions. If we aren't right for your site, we'll tell you on the call.
Built from real commercial flight hours on industrial sites across Western Canada. Not a slide deck.
CONSULTING SERVICES
We fly missions every day on industrial sites, and we'll help you build a program that does the same, in-house.
A 30-minute working session to map your situation and surface the highest-leverage moves.
Stand up a real, in-house program from feasibility to first flight, with pilots embedded on your site.
An expert on call after launch, to answer questions, tweak SOPs, and scale across sites.
★ We fly and capture data daily. The goal is to get your team doing it themselves.
How It Works
We map your situation, goals, and constraints in a 30-minute working session.
A clear, prioritized plan you can act on, built around your operation, not a vendor's catalog.
We guide the rollout on the ground with your pilots. You stay compliant, in control, and ahead of the regulations.

Why PRX
PRX Drones is a network of commercial pilots already flying your kind of missions on your kind of sites. Odds are we're on a site like yours this week. We don't sell aircraft. We don't lock you into vendors. We come in, fly with your team, and teach them to do this in-house.
The drone isn't the value. The data is. UT readings, LIDAR models, confined-space inspections, thermal, captured right the first time by people who've done it on your kind of site.
Industries
Flare stacks, tanks, well sites.
Stockpile volumes, haul-road monitoring.
Lines, substations, vegetation.
Right-of-way & integrity monitoring.
Progress, surveys, as-builts.
Panel & turbine inspection.
Tower & antenna inspection.
Live overwatch, scene awareness, site security.
Reclamation, wildfire recon, habitat & spill monitoring.
What We Capture
The drone is the cheapest way to put a sensor where a person would have to go. The value is what comes back: usable readings, models, and footage your engineers can act on.

Send a caged drone inside tanks and vessels without sending a person in.

Wall-thickness readings off stacks and pipe racks without a crane.

Asset models accurate enough to flag a bowing stack or a sagging line.

Find heat anomalies fast on electrical, mechanical, and process equipment.
FAQ
Yes. We fly and capture data on industrial sites every day. On a build-out, we're on the ground with your pilots, because that's where the real training happens. The goal is to hand the work back to your team.
A pilot flies. A program needs compliance, SOPs that fit your safety framework, the right sensors, ROI math, and data-capture know-how. Flying is the easy part. Capturing the right data is what makes the program pay.
Compliance is the footnote. Everybody offers it. The value is the data you get back: UT readings, LIDAR models, confined-space inspections, thermal. If the data isn't usable, the flight was wasted.
The assessment is free. Build-outs are fixed-scope projects priced to the program. Ongoing advisory is a monthly retainer. We'll scope it on the call.
No. Mining, utilities, pipelines, construction, renewables, telecom, and security / first responders. Industrial expertise transfers; the differences are in mission profile and regs, not in core program discipline.
Based in Calgary, AB. We serve Western Canada and across Canada. Initial consulting and ongoing advisory are delivered remotely; build-outs and training happen on site.
